Terms and Conditions
Rides are billed to the customer’s credit card. DLN Companies Inc. accept the following: American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, and Visa. Using a debit card to secure this reservation may result in an authorization hold on your bank funds over the estimated service amount. Please contact DLN Companies Inc, directly with questions concerning our debit card authorization practice.

Damage and Cleaning Policy
Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to spills, strains, bodily fluids, or misuse of the vehicle. Damages to vehicle interior and or exterior, cost of repairs plus downtime (quoted on a case-by-case basis) Minimum damage fee starting at $350
DLN Companies Inc. reserves the right to charge the card on file for these incidents, with documentation provided.   All deposits are NON-Refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 350.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $350.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

Overtime Pay 

Will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 

Clients Responsibility for Additional Charges  
Booking fees, wait time, and any holiday surcharges may also be charged if applicable.
All base rates quoted are for service only and do not include (booking fees, airport fees, wait time, tolls, taxes, parking, fuel surcharge, gratuities, surcharges e.g., peak hours, holidays or weather-related delays.) These charges, when applicable, will be added to your final invoice and are the responsibility of the client.
By booking with DLN Companies you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions regarding pricing or billing, please contact us prior to your scheduled service.

Baggage Claim Meet & Greet

 Is available for an additional $35
All Private Jet arrivals have a three-hour minimum charge.
For Airport Car Service 

COMPLIMENTARY WAIT POLICY
Airport waiting time policy: Passengers arriving on domestic (30) minute grace period or international flights will have a (60) minute grace period from the airlines recorded landing time; There is a $25.00 charge for every five (10) minutes of 
waiting time after the grace period elapses billed to the hour.

NON-AIRPORT TRANSFER
Customers who would like to add additional stops must purchase a minimum 2-hour Hourly Charter gratuity will be added for this service. *Credit Card Must Be On File*
with DLN Companies Inc. in case overtime occurs, you will be charged the full amount of a 2- hour Hourly Charter. 
FRAUD PREVENTION:
All customers are required to present a photo ID to match the credit card on file. If the card holder will not be present, then a credit card authorization form must be filled out and submitted before the service are rendered at dlnrides@gmail.com

Hourly Rates
Begins when the vehicle leaves the garage and ends upon its return to the garage. Train and bus schedules cannot be monitored; therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.
Following state and federal laws, parents and guardians of children traveling in DLN Companies Inc.  vehicles are responsible for installing child safety seats.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

All Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in a full charge. Sedan and SUV reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. For Vans, Minibuses, Motor Coaches, and stretch limos, reservations must be canceled 15 days in advance. To request a cancellation please email us at dlnrides@gmail.com to avoid a full charge plus 20%. Please allow 5-7 days for the charges to process.

LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOWS CHAUFFEUR ONSITE CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Subject to the full-service fee plus any applicable wait time charges. All deposits are applied toward the total balance due. Please call us if you don’t see your chauffeur at your location. 202-374-8044

TERMINATIONS

 "DLN Companies Inc" reserves the right to terminate immediately any booking for all parties if it is discovered, observed, or suspected that any of the passengers aboard have any illegal substance or perform any illicit activity. There will be no refund or compensation for canceled bookings because of illicit activities or negligence by the customer or his/her guests.

Domestic Flights: 30 Minutes
International Flights: 60 Minutes
